Campaigns

National Radio Campaigns:

Listed below is a preview of radio placements I’ve secured as a media coordinator at Pitch Inc., a media relations agency.  I’ve booked more than 150 radio interviews across the country, equating to approximately 3 million impressions, while only working part-time. I also have experience pitching TV producers,  print reporters and bloggers.

My success is due to my diligence in using Cision Media Source to target show topics and producers.  I quickly learned that getting hold of a producer is half the battle so placing two-to-five clients in one call is the perfect formula.

USF College of Nursing

Five classmates and I designed a full public relations campaign for the USF College of Nursing’s premiere walk in clinic. I was responsible for leading research development and collaborating with team members. We built the campaign based on our research outcomes defining perceptions and behaviors, strengths and weaknesses, and threats and opportunities. Additionally, we created a strategic plan and tactics that the College of Nursing can easily implement and later evaluate to determine campaign effectiveness.

Marnier Cay Backyard Refuge

I created a fictional nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the environment after noticing an abundance of trash polluting the nature preserve near my house. The pollution appeared to be from a national retailer that is known for supporting the environment, so I designed materials and events to bring light to the unnoticed issue and encourage the retailer to help the community clean its accidental pollution and construct homes for wildlife.

Lee Roy Selmon’s

Three teammates and I created a client book to display our advertising campaign we designed to attract college students to the Lee Roy Selmon’s restaurants. Our tactics include social media marketing, billboard advertisements, school sponsored shuttle-bus advertisements and university newspaper advertisements.

USF Arts and Science

I designed flyers, based on USF logo identity standards, to create unity, supply information, and stimulate interest and awareness of the College of Arts and Science’s minors.

Problem: Based on Web sites and informational materials, it’s not clear that the USF’s College of Arts and Science departments’ minors are associated with USF. Many of the minors do not have easily accessible published information— in print or on the Web.  Those that do have information don’t use the same color or fonts as the rest of the university and are missing information.
